Excel Publishing, after stiff competititon from other publishers, have successfully bid for the contract to produce the leading business to business title for the North East of England.

John Cooper, Head of Contract Publishing, commented: "We are proud that the North East Chamber of Commerce, one of the largest chambers of commerce in Britain have chosen Excel to publish "Contact" magazine for the next 5 years.

"Contact" is a monthly title which services the business needs of 4,500 members of the NECC and also acts as an important marketing vehicle for the Chamber and the dynamic business life in the North East - the distribution by the Summer, will be increased to 10,000 copies per issue, thus creating a powerful voice within the region.
