Page impressions head towards 9 million
Excel Publishing’s websites recorded almost nine million page impressions in 2010.

This represents a 35% rise on 2009 and was described by joint managing director Martin Regan as “a triumph for our digital division”

Revenues were also up, with the main gainers being www.builderandengineer.co.uk and www.enforbusiness.co.uk

Martin Regan said one of the factors that had helped push up traffic had been the launch of a series of newsletters to support the magazines.

“It has been a great performance in a difficult year and it does provide a springboard for a much larger digital offering.”
